MITSUBISHI MOTORS service cueing SUCKS!!!! I arrived at 6:45 am, was given a number and asked to wait. It is now 8:27 and they are only at number 4. So many customers have arrived and I was told that they prioritize appointments. I get it, but why should the ones with numbers suffer? Why issue numbers at all? Shouldnt there be a separate counter for both appointment and walk-ins? I asked a dumb question. So, if I was issued the No. 1 for walk-ins and there are 100 appointments that arrived at the same time, I have to wait till they are all done? The answer: YES without batting an eyelash. Unbelievable!
