MIX & MALT isnt a brand new restaurant, but its likely the best pub in the NE part of Seoul. Aside from a huge scotch list, they have a full menu with very experienced chefs. Here is the lasagna for 13,000 KRW and the shrimp roll for 11,000 KRW (blurry shrimp pic after being manhandled). Both are excellent and recommended. Their ham and cheese with fries is 8,000 KRW (not pictured) and the best ham and cheese Ive had in Seoul (its a melt-style panini-style sandwich). They also have a free old school video games (50+ arcade classics), shuffle board, 2 wood-burning fire places, 2 balconies, 1 ground floor patio, and a large loveable Golden Retriever who is there most evenings. Mix and Malt is located in Hyehwa behind the 3-story Dunkin Donuts at the Sungkyunkwan University road entrance. If you ever went to Comfort Zone Cafe/Pub/Lounge in Hyehwa, thats the place, just redone, remodeled, revamped, and under new ownership and management.
