MKURABITA is a Government of Tanzania initiative seeking to establish a Legal and Institutional Framework which can facilitate fast track decentralized and cost effective formalization (identification and registration) of extra legal (informal) real estate and business assets and subsequently empower owners of the formalized assets to use them in accessing financial services (credit) and other socio-economic benefits found in modernizing formal economy of the country.
