MLBs top brass ought to be ashamed of themselves. Their greed is to no end. First they packaged up the LDS on FoxSports 1 and MLBN, the channels that many people dont have (even with cable / dish carrying the normal ESPN / Comcast / TBS channels / basic sports package). They have to call in, last minute, to add a package and get those games. Then they move the starting time of Game 3 to a time when most people have to make an earnest living, when the good kids stay in school and not cut class. This is done because they want the max TV revenue (so the NL / AL games dont overlap). But hey, these days the playoff seats are only affordable to the people with money anyways, and the diehard fans get shunned by not being able to afford going to the game. The kids who swing a (real) tree twig and throw a lemon in place of a baseball can never afford them. The suites and boxes will be filled with corporate high brasses who might not even know anything about baseball. This is the way things are now ... and these MLB bozos wonder why American youth dont play baseball. Hmmmm ...
