MOM ASKS: Hi Im starting work soon & want to continue bf. Need advise on: 1.how many hour express breast milk last in room temperature. Normally whats the temperature range? 2. How many days can express #breastmilk last in fridge and whats the temperature range? No intention of using freezer. 3. After taken out from fridge & re-warm breastmilk, how long will it last and at what temperature range? If cant finish at 1st feeding can I reuse remaining breastmilk. If yes how many hours can the milk last? Must I re-warm it 2nd time? 4.If Im expressing during office hour 8-5pm, after storing in my office fridge can I use a insulated bag to transport the breastmilk back to my home fridge? How many hour can a insulated bag help to keep my express breastmilk fresh before reaching my home fridge? And how many days will these transported breastmilk last? Thank you so much
