MONEY IS THERE. THE TAX PAYERS, ALTHOUGH HEAVILY BURDENED, ARE WILLING TO MAKE THEIR HANDS DIRTY TO FUND THE GOVERNMENT. BUT BECAUSE OF POOR MANAGEMENT AND CORRUPTION, ALL THESE MONIES END UP IN A BLACK HOLE HENCE A BROKE GOVERNMENT. Please give your ideas here below, ideas that Margaret Kenyatta will read and pass on to her husband, ideas which if taken seriously and implemented will prevent her and her likes from running around the streets for cheap publicity in the pretext of raising money for such important things like maternal health care, things that should have first priority in any funding allocation. BTW, its another burden to the tax payer security wise to run around like a mad cow.
