MONEY is something we all need so we can live, pay bills and buy the things we need or want. I am sure there is someone reading this that you have needs and you need money. The Word of God has a lot to say about money but I am not going to do a teaching here about money I just want to share some things that I believe may help someone. The Lord sent me back to Bible School in 2001 to attend Kenneth Hagins School Rhema in Broken Arrow OK. I had attended and graduated from a Bible Ministerial School in 1983. I was blessed, privileged and honored to sit in the classes that Kenneth Hagin was teaching when I attended Rhema. I had been reading Kenneth Hagins books and listening to his teaching cassette tapes for many years and appling those teachings to my life. I believe if we want to be successful we need to sit under the teaching of successful men and women of God. In one of my classes Brother Hagin was talking about success in finances. I remember reading one of his books “Must Christians Suffer” and he shared in that book how he and his wife sacrificed for years financially in order to obey the Lord. More than once I personally have sacrificed to obey the Lord giving up everything to go when He said go on a ministry assignment. So I could identify with what he was saying The Lord blesses faithfulness and Brother Hagin was an example to us all about being faithful and obedient to serve the Lord. There in that class as he was speaking about finances he said after all those years of sacrificing to obey the Lord his faith had grown to the point it was just as easy for him to believe the Lord for a million dollars as it was at one time to believe the Lord for one hundred dollars. Then he made a statement that stunned us all, he said that the prior year he had personally given a one million dollar donation to Rhema. Yes that is right one million dollars now that isn’t hearsay I was sitting there in class when he said it. Then he said the Lord had told him and I read this in one of his books “If you obey me I will make you rich”. There stood a Father in the faith sharing the goodness and faithfulness of God in the area of finances. I don’t know about you but I listen up when a man of God could prosper to that degree to give a million dollars. I said all that as I want to share something I received from Rhema a couple of years ago and I hope you use this and apply it to your own life in the area of finances. Rhema sent me a letter as I am on their mailing list and a card of “Confessions of Finances” that Kenneth E Hagin had shared with his employees at a meeting in 1999. You can use this as well in your own life pertaining to the finances you need personally. Here is the confession Brother Hagin led them in: “Heavenly Father, I thank You for Your holy Word. Your Word is truth. Your Word works for me. I claim every need met. I claim (insert a specific amount). Satan, take your hands off my finances. Go, ministering spirits, and cause the money to come. The Bible says it, I believe it, and that settles it. Thank God it is settled.” I would encourage you to say that with fervency out of your heart where faith resides, in other words say it like you seriously mean it. Do you believe the ministering spirits; angels will go bring in the money? I do because I believe the Word of God. Your faith must be in Gods Word. After you say that confession praise and thank the Lord every day all day for the money is yours in Jesus name. Hebresws 1:13 But to which of the angels said he at any time, Sit on my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool? Heb 1:14 Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation? Hebrews 11:1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. Hebrews 10:38 Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him. Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
