MORNING folk bears running a little late this morning but here it goes, cooking pork loin, have brisket, bolo, sausage, pulled pork, green beans, cucumber salad, probably going to make some broccoli salad in a minute or 2.making some more of the 1.00 chopped bbq sandwiches to have on hand, may even make a few smoked bolo for the same. got some chicken quarters in the cooler vac. packed 2 to the package ready for someone on the fly. and a slab of ribs all wrapped and ready for travel. remember to order ribs if your are interested you know BEARS is the place where the sauce is so good youll want a BIB to eat your RIBS at the CRIB. lol
