Who is claiming I owe money? 6. Who is the other party to this agreement? Mortgage company? Where is he? 7. Who ultimately is making a claim? 8. Please show me where your marketing material explains that you don’t actually loan me anything? 9. Is this not slavery? 10. Is this not miss (re) presentation? 11.
