Please describe in detail what you loaned me? 4. Please describe the currency loaned and verify who has first-hand knowledge of material loss incurred by the mortgage lender? 5. Who is claiming I owe money? 6. Who is the other party to this agreement? Mortgage company? Where is he? 7. Who ultimately is making a claim? 8. Please show me where your marketing material explains that you don’t actually loan me anything? 9. Is this not slavery? 10. Is this not miss (re) presentation? 11. Do you think you have been honest and open and true in your presenting of the mortgage product? 12. Did the conveyancer complete work on my behalf? 13. What did he/she do ? dated deed at their instruction, register charge, (assisted deception)? 14. Was I supposed to have independent legal advise? 15. How is that independent? 16. Is it true that the SPV claims to have made the loan by depositing a promise to pay (word doc0 with you which you then accept and enter onto your system as a credit entry which in turn you claim is a loan? 23. Did you actually loan me anything that was not mine previously? (No they can not use verbal agreement and Como datum (gift) 24. Can I have a copy of the mortgage indemnity guaranteed policy (even if I paid for it)?
