MOST MOVING THING EVER. Yesterday my wife and I took our son Sage who is now 2 1/2 years old for a hike. We were walking along the trail and a family was walking towards us and without saying anything Sage went up to their son and hugged him. Then he hugged the daughter. Everyone was quiet and admiring how friendly he was being. He wasnt saying anything and you could tell the kids werent used to another kid being so immediately loving. I broke the ice by saying, Sage, tell them, Good to meet you. He extended his hand out to the girl and said Good to meet you. Then he went to the boy and did the exact same thing and one by one, granted so much beingness to each member of the family as he said Good to meet you to each of them. Everyone was quiet and in total awe of his ability to communicate. I watched the whole scene thinking it was the most beautifully moving thing Id ever seen in my life and I had to fight back the tears that wanted to come. When the family left and we continued our hike I turned to my wife and said, My god, I wanted to cry and she said Me too. We felt so happy to have a son that could create that kind of effect on people. Im sure Im not describing the moment good enough to do it justice but it was unforgettable.
