Just finished the best (and probably the most messy) burger in history. Lettuce, tomato, onion, Swiss cheese, mayo and mustard. 85/15 % meat patties cooked the way you like. When the meat is just about done put a slice of onion in the pan to brown. Put the onion on the meat patty and cover with cheese for a minute or two, steam/melt with a lid on the pan. Add the rest of the toppings wrap in wax paper for 5 minutes, grab a towel and dig in! Might go back for seconds if I can wash the first one off in time.
