Warm up 5 mins treadmill jog (comfortable speed) OFF TREAD: Need visible timer and set of dumbbells 30 seconds mtn climber 30 seconds squat jump 30 seconds mtn climber 30 seconds lunge jump 30 seconds mtn climber 30 seconds bicep curl (challenging weight for 30 seconds) 30 seconds mtn climber 30 seconds shoulder press 30 seconds mtn climber 30 seconds lateral raise 30 seconds mtn climber 30 seconds plank REPEAT CIRCUIT 3-6 times depending on your personal intensity level. 3 will still be challenging!
