MUM ON THE RUN BREAKFAST I often have to dash off in the morning and dont have time to sit down and eat breakfast slowly. So I make up a portable breakfast that I can sit and eat properly (rather than inhaling) when I have the time, later in the morning - normally after 9 when Im at my desk at the office, or out with Chloe at a park once weve done the school-run. I save up jars, I have a few now, all different shapes and sizes. My breakfast consists of chopped up seeds, nuts and goji berries (I make up a big batch each month and blitz them in the food processor for a short while), plain unsweetened yogurt, frozen blueberries which defrost by the time Im eating it. Max loves snacking on the chopped up seeds, nuts and berries in a bowl, dry....but thats ok, theyre all natural ingredients :)
