MUSIC MONDAY (a little early) !! We are in the middle of our series called I-Pray On Sundays and Wednesday weve been talking about the importance of and why we pray. Modeling that prayer is a conversation with God. Helping our students understand that constant conversation with God is just as easy and important as talking with their best friend and parents. Several of our students have stated they only think of prayer as being bowed heads, hands folded and eyes closed and all have given us beautiful reasons why this type of focused prayer is so important but going forward we are working to teach them that prayer comes in all types of formal and informal conversations with God! If your students attend Sunday service ask them what their favorite prayer station was? Ask them if they see prayer any differently than they did a few weeks ago? let us know your thoughts on prayer, What is your favorite place to have conversation with God?
