To all intents and purposes it is undisputable that his Excellency the President of the United Republic of Tanzania delivered an impartial excellent speech thereof making a strict proof of his intellectual ability. He made a speech on the basis of patriotism and national interest thereof occasioning a bestow for the unprejudiced vision and comprehensive standards of the constitution required for the National interests. He outlined just a sample of a few defects whereof exposing omissions and dents occasioned by the Commission. He adhered to his obligation of providing the needy liberal advise thereof making a strict emphasis in particular regard to the rights and freedoms pertaining to the rights and freedoms of the CA members for expression and decision making (opinion) pertaining to their obligation of drawing an applicable constitution on such basis of public interest without fear. Paradoxically the Ukawa group and several others have made unfair response on the basis of preconceived personal interests by manufacturing a fallacious hoax that he was prejudiced to CCM thereof occasioning intimidation, insubordination on such preconceived discourteous basis that the speech made was not concurrent to their deceptive fallacy they had manufactured earlier. Guily consciousness, subsequent to embarrassment that his speech has revealed the truth thereof jeopardizing their desirous endeavour to hoodwink the public has been a cause for their thorny concern. The God of Moslems said:- The truth has come and the falsehood has vanished; surely falsehood is a vanishing thing. وقل جآءالحق وزهق الباطل إن الباطل كان زهؤقا To all intents and purposes it is prudent that the President is a Tanzanian, therefore he deserves basic constitutional rights and freedoms of Expression pursuant to those articles enshrined in the National Constitution. To quote article -18.-(a) Without prejudice to expression, the laws of the land, every person has the right to freedom of opinion and expression of his ideas, and (b) a right to seek, receive and impart or disseminate information and ideas through any media regardless of national frontiers, and also (c) has the right of freedom of protection from interference with his communications. However, it is considered prudent that the insubordination occasioned to the President in particular regard to his speech amounts to gross infringement of his basic rights and freedoms in particular regard to expression, as well as occasioning infringement of the basic rights and freedoms of the public for being informed of the constitutional reform which is considered as an issue of great importance to the society. However being a leader of the Nation, he is obliged to show the right perspective of the Nation, to protect and preserve the Constitution. It is therefore perceptible that the President has equitably overwhelmed the right perspective of the constitution against the deceptive hoax which the public has been experiencing severally. The President has fulfilled his obligation that the Almighty God would like the leader to perform. The almighty God says that:- We have revealed the truth, and the truth it comes : and we have sent you as a giver of good news and a warner:- وبالحق آنزله وبالحق نزل ومآ آرسلنك إلآ مبشرا ونذير Surely we have sent you with the truth as a bearer of good news and as a warner, and you shall not be called upon to answer for the companions of the flaming fire. إنآ آرسلنك بالحق بشيرا ونذيرا ولآ تسءل عن آصحب الجحيم Whoever submits himself to God and he is the doer of good things, he has his reward to Lord, and there is no fear for him nor shall he grieve. بل من آسلم وجهه لله وهو محسن فله آجره عند ربه ولآ خؤف عليهم ولا يحزنؤن
