MY 2015 CHRISTMAS MESSAGE TO YOU Today the 25th of December is what the world calls Christmas day. It is a day that the world celebrates the birth of our Lord and Savoir Jesus Christ. Any sincere Christian who knows the scriptures knows that Jesus was not born on the 25th of December neither are we commanded in the bible to celebrate this day, we are only commanded to commemorate his death. However I won’t go into detail on that I just want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas. Christmas is not a day to go to parties, beer drinking, smoking or card and football playing, it`s not a day to go on a fornicating spree neither is it a day to go church to just sing and dance or listen to a good sermon. It is a day to give our hearts to God !! This is not a day to exchange gifts, heathens do that too and worse still what do our gifts have to do with the birth of Christ ? When the wise man brought gifts to Jesus after his birth the major thing that they did was to worship him and every bible believer will say “Amen” to that. They brought three gifts namely gold, frankincense and myrrh. How perfect !! GOLD -Deity(Godhead) Frankincense -Service(Sacrifice) Myrrh - Death It was “ God `s sacrifice for Death” as John 3 vs 16 -17 says. But what kind of Gifts do we exchange today ? Beer, condoms, cigarettes, clothes, wine etc. Why is it like that? Is god happy with what we call Christmas today ? Some preacher somewhere is not telling people the truth about Christmas. We now have Santa Clouse, Christmas trees and a lot of worldly things !!! Today some girl somewhere will lose her virginity, some women or man out there will break their marriage vows, some young man out there will smoke a cigarette or drink a whiskey. My heart bleeds, why because all these things will be done in the name of celebrating the birth of Christ(the Holy One of God) and the preachers will not say anything against all these filthy things !! Can God be happy to behold such ???? Dear brother or sister do the right thing today : Give your heart to God. If your heart is burning to give someone a gift, give them a bible or something that will make them be drawn to the love of God. GOD BLESS YOUR HEARTS I WISH YOU ALL A MERRY CHRISTMAS - Pastor Ndlovu
