MY 21 DAY FIX RESULTS! ME: all modified moves the entire time (I had an injured ankle and thigh), 30 MINUTE WORKOUTS One vacation in the middle of it. Missed 2 workouts because of my injury Followed the eating 90% (being honest), and drank Shakeology every day LOST: 7 LBS, 10.5 INCHES 3 INCHES OFF WAIST 3 INCHES OFF HIPS 2 INCHES OFF BUTT 1 INCH OFF EACH ARM 1 INCH OFF EACH THIGH 1/2 INCH OFF CALVES GAINED: 2 INCHES IN LATS 1 INCH IN SHOULDERS 1 INCH IN CHEST (heck yes! Ill take all i can get!) 21 DAYS. 7 lbs lost, 10.5 inches lost, muscle gained. All modified moves. Easy eating, simple workouts. Still wondering if its right for YOU? How many of us brag about doing that much in a year, or in months? I put myself out there, even with my saggy baggies and imperfections, because I KNOW this helps me be a whole person, taking care of myself, and being REAL. I wish I could have in blaring lights on a before and after picture : MORE ENERGY, LESS PAIN, STRONGER BALANCED BODY, LESS STRESS, NO DEPRESSION, FEEL FANTASTIC, SPEND MORE QUALITY TIME WITH MY FAMILY BECAUSE I FEEL BETTER! Because those are my GREATEST ACCOMPLISHMENTS IN THE LAST 21 DAYS, and that is what happens when i take care of myself FIRST. I have a 21 day fix support group coming up soon. STOP WAITING TO TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF. You think neglecting your health is self sacrificing so you can do more for others, but really it just makes you waste away and crawl deeper inside, and help them less. We cannot do our best when we are not whole. This has NOTHING to do with what we look like, but EVERYTHING TO DO WITH WHAT WE FEEL LIKE! Do you struggle with your health and fitness journey?
