If your parents and friends are active born again members of a church that does not qualify you to be a Christian. Each one of us must first and foremost invite Christ to be the sovereign Lord and Savior of our life. You cannot be a Christian by association. Attending a church doesn’t make you a Christian ‘UNLESS YOURE BORN OF WATER AND THE SPIRIT through the deity of triune God.’ Therefore refrain entrenching the spirit of division and hatred within the body of Christ that your preferred candidate (s) is not voted in. Note, OUR GOD IS NOT A GOD OF CONFUSION BUT GOD OF PEACE. Therefore the appointment of Daniel Deng Abot Riak as the first Bishop of the Episcopal Church of Duk County, South Sudan, must be acknowledged and appreciated. However, the contenders’ desire and commitment to serve God’s people is also acknowledged and appreciated—therefore (contenders & followers) don’t propagate confusion rather work hand in hand with the Bishop elect. Remember ‘Our God is not a God of confusion but God of peace.’ Don’t permit lack of knowledge to divide the body of Christ.
