MY THOUGHTS ON CHRISTMAS What is CHRISTMAS ALL ABOUT? We SPEND MORE MONEY on foods, clothes, toys and fancy things. And we saw foods rotten after CHRISTMAS, but we still keep on preparing until January 1. The question is, did we really CELEBRATE the CHRISTMAS Spirit or we just want to be filled with abundance or make our tummy bloats and heart in distress? Lets think about it before we lined up buying and filling our refrigerator more with food but will be UNABLE to CELEBRATE the SPIRIT of CHRISTMAS. Based on the SCRIPTURE POINT OF VIEW, JESUS is the CENTER and the REASON of the CELEBRATION right? ALL the GIFTS belongs ONLY To HIM and the witness of that are those KINGS. PLease read: Matthew 2:11 And when they were come into the house, they saw the young child with Mary his mother, and fell down, and worshipped himWORSHIPPED HIM(ONLY)[with emphasis mine]: and when they had opened their treasures, they PRESENTED UNTO HIM [emphasis mine] gifts; gold, and frankincense, and myrrh. Luke 2:7 And she brought forth her firstborn son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger; because there was no room for them in the inn.. Therefore, if JESUS is ONLY the CENTER of this CELEBRATION, then CHRISTMAS is all about GIVING to PEOPLE with NOTHING in them today and those in dare need of LOVE and CARE. For the scriptures have said: Matthew 25:40, 42-45 And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me. For I was an hungred, and ye gave me no meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me no drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me not in: naked, and ye clothed me not: sick, and in prison, and ye visited me not. Then shall they also answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto thee? Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to me. Because of this, Can we now CELEBRATE the SPIRIT of CHRISTMASS in this view? You Decide. We all face in the JUDGEMENT DAY. Because in connection with the text mentioned above about this text in the last text it says in Matthew 25:46 And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal. Let JESUS be the JUDGE. Amen.
