MY WORST M.S. moment - Ive known I have Multiple Sclerosis since 1996 and this event just shattered me. Shopping at BJs - I lost my balance, I reached out and grabbed whatever was close - well - that was a lady. Again Im trying to hold back the tears and she finally walked away. A store clerk heard the entire thing and came over to me and said that was terrible and gave me a hug. I tried to make a joke of it and said that lady is lucky I dont use a cane, because I may have had to shove it up her butt. The Clerk laughed and walked away. I just dont understand how people can assume the worst of other people.
