On the standings, we can see something different, Macedonia has 4 points from 3 matches, Norway has 3 points from 5 matches with awful 6:16 goal difference. The only win came against Macedonia, but the visitors played with 10 men almost 70 minutes and eventually lost 2:1. Macedonia is strenghtened with 4 players from the senior squad, caprain Stefan Ristovski, Aleksandar Trajkovski, David Babunski and Ezgjan Alioski. Two of them are full backs and centre back Hristijan Dragarski is also a potential to play for the senior squad, hes one of the best defenders in Macedonian league. Martin Blazevski will miss the match due to yellow cards, but Aleksandar Damchevski is back in the team. Macedonia played solid match against Azerbaijan and won 1:0, but the result should have been even better. Norway lost against Azerbaijan at home, so I feel that they are the weakest team in this group. Macedonia has two big talents in the squad, brothers David and Dorian Babunski, the sons of the coach Boban. David has 19 years and plays for Barcelona B, Dorian plays for the young categories at Real Madrid. Norway lost 4:1 in Israel this term and it seems that they are losing the chance to to something more in these qualifications. Norway also has brothers in the squad, Valon and Veton Berisha who originate from Kosovo. Valon is the best player in the squad and he plays regularly for Salzburg. Hes the only player who plays abroad, while Macedonia has internationals who play for Real, Barca, Arsenal, Italy, Belgium etc. The match will be played in the national arena Filip II and Im pretty sure that the young Macedonians wont lose, especially when theyre strenghtened with whose 4 players from the senior squad.
