Made banana muffins for breakfast today using a recipe that I got from a trusted and well liked allrecipes I actually read the reviews for said recipe BEFORE making the muffins to see if any pointers or yummy suggestions were made . The first few claimed to put the crumb topping on the last 5 minutes of baking - made sense at the time. Guess what?! THEY LIE! MUFFINS rise upon baking @ 350 for 15 minutes to have a crown that a CRUMB wont bake onto without sliding off and making a glorious sugary mess of a good non stick muffin pan! GRRR.= LIVE + LEARN
