#MagicalMoment I was doing yoga in the park and a girl (about 8?) came up and was asking me questions and seemed really interested. I asked if shed like me to show her some yoga poses. She got really excited, so we go to start and another girl comes over. I ask if she wants to join us and she nods enthusiastically. We start, and a younger girl comes over, so I invite her too. Ended up giving an awesome impromptu Kids Yoga class in the Park! HA! So fun to show Down Doggie pose -Ever see a dog do this? YEAH! You can even stick out your tongue like a doggie and go Haaaaah! HAAaaaaaaah! Its a great thing to do if youre ever feeling upset about something. You can just go like a doggie into this pose and say Haaaah! and get it all out! So deeply beautiful to do Warrior poses and tell them how strong they are and do this empowering practice with girls age 6-8. Healing! GRATEFUL!
