Magnets: Ever notice how magnets can repel or attract depending upon how they are positioned from each other? I love this analogy when talking about our human life experience, and spirituality. Because here are two concepts we as humans (in this life experience) have the ability to recognize both. Religion tends to act as the instruction manual on how to combine the dual consciousness in a harmonious manner. In this process we have to first recognize the conflict between the two, then the relationship, and the paradoxes of our being, and eventually end up Turning these magnets in the proper position so they both repel, attract, yet come together. However, if you find yourself only repelling or being attracted to this life or a Religious/ Spiritual practice, without the counterpart balance...then its no wonder you may feel off balance. I also find it fascinating that magnetic balance plays into SO many other concepts of being and existence. We can learn a lot from Magnets. I hope you find your proper magnetic position and balance. A life that does not reject Spirituality, and a Spiritual practice that does not reject life, or other Religious/ Spiritual practices. One Mind, SNAP!...Peace.
