Magnum a 5-6 year old Shar Pei/Terrier mix came to us from the Haven Humane Society in Redding. Found as a stray, he had been at the shelter for 7 months and was not doing well in the kennel - kennel stress was beginning to seriously set in. They brought him to Green Dog Rescue Project to see how he would do in open pack, non kennel living. He was transferred into our care and this easy going, fun loving, happy dog has been loving life and is ready to find a place to call home. Magnum is up to date on vaccines, loves to snuggle on the couch, great on leash, loves his treats and would make a great family (with older children) pet. Magnum can be seen at 10342 Old Redwood Hwy in Windsor. Our holiday hours are: Open today from 10:00AM-4:00PM, Sunday from 1:00PM-4:00PM and closed Dec. 24th, 25th and 26th. Magnums adoption fee is $25 (he is a part of the Best Friends Animal Society Promotion for the month of December).
