Mahatma Gandhi is quoted as saying, Every worthy act is difficult. Ascent is always difficult. Descent is easy and often slippery. And Alexander Hamilton wrote, People sometimes attribute my success to my genius; all the genius I know anything about is hard work. And Napolean Hill taught: Effort only fully releases its reward after a person refuses to quit. The greatest achievers and the wisest of people understand that success is the result of hard work, commitment and tenacity. Most people whove ever reached an important goal, somewhere along the road had to pause and recalculate; they had to ignore the inviting, flashing exit signs to procrastination and ease and then resume their purposeful pursuit.
