Mahatma Gandhi says: “If you want to change the world, start with yourself.” These are some true words of wisdom. Remind yourself of that when you are feeling down with how your life is unfolding. When you feel unsatisfied with the world around you, just remember that you are a part of this world and if you wish it to be different, you will need to change something about yourself first. After all what we see in the world is a reflection of ourselves. And if you are stressed, chaotic and sad, you’ll see the world the way you are. Be the change.
