Maila Obama the eldest daughter of Obama is currently working as a production assistant with thee world renown awards winner Steven Spielberg in LA and im sure she was not hired because she is the daughter of the President of the US, and Im sure Zumas daughter being appointed as Chief of Staff (mild reference to HOD to limit the impact & outrage) has nothing to do with her father being a President , NPA wont prosecute Duduzane Zuma culpable homicide because the state had a weak case not that his father is the Pres, oooh Khulubuse has been given oil reserves in DRC not because the President is his uncle but because he has the required expertise and financial capital to run a project of this magnitude. No matter how you can look at it people will always want to do things to please any current President for their own selfish reasons so as to cement their relations and proximity to the President. Then who do you blame??, do you blame the daddy or those who wants favours through unsolicited means, careers and businesses flourished and continue to as long as you will find something to please the President or anyone in power for that matter. This phenomenon is alive and well in the provinces even private sector and in our daily lives as everyone at primary school wanted to be the friend of the school principals child or the child of a businessman.Then what do we do and surely the daddys know exactly about the beneficiation of his/her kids & relatives. Thats what Political Power & Prestige is all about my fellow unconnected South Africans, lets think about this phenomenon over the weekend as Vavi puts it the first family eats first and the rest of us we eat the crumps and oor skiet (left overs)..
