MainLine BMW in Bala - I took my 650i BMW to get an oil change and check the AUX jack three weeks ago. For some reason they did not call me all day, so I called and Bill (service representative) told me that my car was in an accident (while in their hands). My 6 SPEED ran into the large tool chest (box) and the car will need bodywork. I called the Service Manager and each time I called I got his Voice Mail (so i drove down there). They returned my car to me and it came back to me in worst condition then when I took it in. 1. The Left tape inside my grill 2. The battery/engine light comes on and I had to get AAA to tow my car to my house 3. Windshield fluid continues to leak and light comes on 4. My curb indicators malfunction indicators comes on 5. My front grill is not even 6. Paint job is very poor as you can tell they only buffed vs replaced the hood as i can see deep buff holograms 7. Did not fix my Aux jack but charged me for that 8. The Manager of Service said he would send a driver to my house to pick up my car since I was there three times because of all the issues i am having after the accident. 9. Now the Service Manager is ghost and had the audacity to tell me that if no one returns your call I need to speak with him BS!!! 10. I have emailed i have called what other recourse i have? I even emails the US corporate office via their satisfaction survey and no one from corp is getting back to me!
