Maintenance Technician Tent City Apartments in Boston, MA is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance, unit turnovers, and annual preventative maintenance. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience with plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, door/window repair, painting, and appliances. Excellent communication and customer services skills are required. Basic computer skills is preferred. Knowledge of Yardi is a plus. Must have a Valid Driver’s license and be able to participate in emergency call rotation and snow removal a must.
