Maintenance alert: Beech King air crew reported vibrations in the nose immediately on liftoff. Vibration would cease shortly after gear retraction. The crew reported this as an intermittent issue, only during weight off wheels condition. Inspection of nose wheel bearings and races (the usual suspects) revealed nothing of significance. The wheel on dis-assembly revealed a disbonded tire weight, a rubber strip which is bonded on the inside of the tire carcass for balancing. The weight was floating around on liftoff, since that is when the nose wheel rotates the fastest.
