Maintenance and Equipment Hire Contracts Administration Officer •Monday to Friday •Temp to Perm for the right person •Home every night Our client is seeking an experienced administration person who has experience in the Heavy Earthmoving Industry. The duties will include: •Coordinating On and Off Hire of machinery as directed by the Hire Manager •Data Entry of machine hours and service records •Preparing machine hours for invoicing •Compiling End of Month Reports •Compiling contracts and tenders for upcoming projects •Liaising with Clients, Site, Maintenance Personnel, Management, Float Operators and Machinery Operators •Coordinating Inductions and any other associated duties to assist the Plant Hire Manager •Telephone and general administration duties To be successful in the role ideally you will have a mining or construction administration back ground of at least 2 years and be able to handle multiple tasks on the go.
