Major flooding is happening in three counties tonight: Perry, Morrow and Richland. Rainfall amounts of up to three inches today along are causing a rapid rise in streams with water rushing over roads and into neighborhoods. The rain is expected to let up later tonight bringing relief for those battling the floodwaters. But more heavy rain is expected tomorrow as storms develop during the afternoon and evening. Damaging winds, hail and flooding rains are the primary threat.
