Makayla broke out in a rash the other night. It got worse yesterday and I gave her benedryl thinking it was an allergic reaction. By this morning it doubled in size and was very warm to the touch. I took her to the dr. to find out what was wrong. Well, she has 5th Disease, also known as Slapped Cheek Disease. Its a virus that is contagious so long as there is a fever and needs to run its course. Glad Im working from home this week due to the roof being redone at work!!!
