Make October “GET YOUR PINK ON” Month! As martial artists, it’s our responsibility to help build a strong and happy community. So this October, the United States Black Cat Kenpo Karate Federation’s students, parents, and friends are uniting to help increase Breast Cancer Awareness to everyone we know. For example: Many people don’t realize it, but 1 out of 8 women will be diagnosed with Breast Cancer, also although rare about 1% of all cases occur in men. To do our part, the affiliated schools will be having Breast Cancer/Self-Defense classes for everyone on designated days. Your job is to encourage as many family members and friends as possible to participate in this important fundraiser. For a minimum $10 donation per person, you’ll get an education regarding this dreaded disease, learn some self-defense secrets, and experience the gratifying feeling of knowing your efforts are making a difference. Plus, you may even help save a life in more ways than one, and earn your PINK BELT doing so! Our Goal is to raise $2,500. So start recruiting,get everyone you know to participate in this worthwhile cause and register at your school’s front desk today!
