Make Up Your Mind “Even so we, when we were children, were in bondage under the elements of the world: But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law” Galatians 4:3-4 We are in the time of uncertainties, fear and man’s inhumanity to man, evil is everywhere. No nation is safe. You hear of bomb blasts, sporadic killings and all sorts. Everything that can be shaken is shaking, until that which cannot be shaken is recognized. Child of God let me remind you that you belong to the “unshakeable kingdom”. So you must make up your mind. How related are you with your God? Galatians 4:1 says “Now I say, That the heir, as long as he is a child, differeth nothing from a servant, though he be lord of all;” In other words, yes, the blessing is yours but you can’t touch it. The healing is yours, but you can’t touch it. The breakthrough is yours, but you can’t access it. You are not yet qualified. The financial miracle, marital miracle is yours, but you are not ready. Verse two of the same Galatians chapter four says “But is under tutors and governors until the time appointed of the father.” That is, he is under guardians and stewards until the time...” What time? It is the time you make up your mind not to think, ask and behave like a child anymore, when you put off your childish ways and behaviour. When you put off the old man and his nature and embrace the new man after Christ and allow the Holy Spirit a free course in your life. It is a time when you assume a new unshakeable level of commitment and unusual dedication to the course and person of Christ. It is a time when your mind is fully made up to be fully committed and you are not ready to go back on it. May you have such a mind-set. May you decide to be fully committed to God.
