While on holiday, I always take the time to have a treatment or two to learn what I can to improve my service. In the case of yesterdays treatments I learnt that maybe you can be in the industry too long or perhaps when you are tired or unwell the service can become more about the therapist. I also learnt that in the name of time saving that the client experience can be compromised. The treatment, while my skin felt great after, the massage was tad too quick and rough and I was left wanting. My clients will benefit from this experience for sure:)
