Make time for YOU >>> Whether you’re in the fitness industry or not, life can sometimes can pretty stressful, and it’s easy to forget about taking care of YOU. But making time for yourself is essential if you want to keep a healthy body and a healthy mind. It’s not always easy to “find” time, but you can “make” time. Some awesome, but under-rated ways just to chill are – - Taking a good fiction book to a local café - Getting outside in the fresh air for a good walk and listening to a podcast. - Meditating. (Seriously! – just take 10-15 minutes to focus on your breathing, and try to let the stress drain from your body.) What do you guys do?
