Make your planks progressive and add movement. Life is not static , and when it comes to the abdominal wall its about neural stimulation. There are 8 nerve pathways and 4 layers compromising what most refer to as the core. Core means center, and as as an athlete the center of your body is the source of integration of power, speed, and form. Having a viable 8 pack is not enough, its a beginning.
