First day of core! -------- 1.Start in a standing position. Walk out to a plank position. Hips should not rock side to side. End in a straight plank position. 2. Staying in plank, walk feet to your hands. Again, hips should not rock side to side when walking to your hands. 3. Repeat for 30 seconds. Try to keep moving forward. If no room, turn and inchworm in the opposite direction.
