Makes me think, we have over crowded jails with healthy pricks, laying around in A/C and eating 3 squares a day, we have to ask for help? Oh, no heaven forbid, we might step on the Rights of the individuals, my understanding you have no rights as a convicted felon, instead of potholes, we should use these convicted persons during times of need, perhaps they might think twice about coming back after a good days work! Of course only my opinion!
