Making beef roast and egg noodles for dinner. Smells really good. All items except roast came from Aldis. Beef roast Marinated roasted red peppers Marinated portobello mushrooms I packet beef onion powder soup mix (Kroger) I container of beef broth Garlic powder,salt and pepper Brown the roast in about a half a cup of cooking oil with seasonings before adding other ingredients. Oops I forgot .. Add an additional half chopped onion for the browning process . YUM! Let cook for a few hours and add egg noodles.
