Making some hard decisions to sell or breed for next year. One of those is Slick, the infamous mare I based the character of Noir on in my novel, Uglier. Cant decide whether to put her up for sale or breed her one more time. She is seriously ring sour right now. Does everything you ask of her, but you can tell she is not a happy camper out there. Take her out of the arena and on the trail and you have the best companion you could ask for. Some hard decisions need to be made. Every breeder and horse owner eventually has to go through this, but not every year. I didnt want to sell Aries, but Jerry prevailed. Sigh. What to do?
