Makka-Bhutte ki sabji (Corn) ..Hey this is my first post, a Rajasthani sabji :-) , Hope those who enjoy cooking as much as I do will like this Ingredients ( 5 corn on the cobs, 2 onions, 7 cloves of garlic, 7 black pepper corns, 5 cloves, small piece of ginger, 3/4th cup buttermilk, 2 tablespoons cooking oil, pinch of turmeric, garam masala powder, dhaniya powder chilli powder and salt one spoon or as per your taste) 1) Take 3 corncobs and slice them into two or three pieces each, take 4th corncob and grate it and take 5th corncob and use knife to separate the daana 2) Add the oil in a pressure cooker and wait for it to heat 3) Now add cumin, black pepper and cloves 4) As soon as they start to sizzle add finely chopped ginger and onions 5) Now add garlic paste and spices with the buttermilk and STIR CONTINUOUSLY till the mixture starts to boil 6) When you feel the Masalas are shedding oil, add all the corn 7) Stir and add 1 cup of water and Garam Masala 8) Now put on the lid and take 4 to 5 whistles, When done check to make sure the corn has softened 9) Now Garnish with some coriander leaves and enjoy with Garam Roti :p Take care to stir continously during step 5 otherwise the sabji will curdle :-)
