#MalawiSoccerNews ON PILIRANI KACHINZIRI VS TOM SAINTFEIT VIA SPORTS PERSPECTIVE COLUMN IN MALAWI NEWS. If you follow this column much as i do you would have noticed that ever since Tom Saintfeit was appointed the Flames coach he has been the major if not the only "focus point". I am in not trying to undermine the credentials of Pilirani Kachinziri or to remind him that i believe there is more to SPORTS than just discussing MZUNGU nor i am forgeting that freedom of expression is his birthright just as it is my right and indeed the right anybody acquires at birth (here in Malawi). However, i would have loved and will appreciate it even more if this good column covered the extent to which FAM led by WalterNyamilandu will be held accountable on their decision to hire Tom Saintfeit when over 60 percent of Malawians were/are against it.If Flames perform even poorer (i am sure you understand what i mean) in Nigeria will the The Malawi FA or just the President do the"right thing" and by "right thing" i mean resigning and pave way for other creative and innovative minds. .......................... It is interesting and rather unfair that the Malawi FA can just hire and fire national team coaches and make other questionable strategic decisions but to put it straight,they can "never" be fired themselves as and when it is necessaly to do so. -PFP
