Malaysian Airlines Flight MH370 Update: The high - TopicsExpress

Malaysian Airlines Flight MH370 Update: The high points: ---No crash sites or aircraft debris as of this time. Many ships now checking many areas encompassing all known shipping routes. ---Growing fears of a 9-11 type plan. ---Maps have been produced showing upwards of 600 possible runways capable of handling a 777 in the initial radius, but they dont allow for the fact that a 777 doesnt need the full length for an empty takeoff or for a short landing. ---Theres been no accounting for old remote straight & level roads as possible improvised airstrips in very remote locations. ---Pakistan has denied any knowledge or radar data showing the aircrafts vector or location. ---Rolls-Royce engine ACARS system was switched off before the flight vanished from ATC radar, but whoever manually switched off ACARS was unaware that the system will still ping remote servers. ---Plane may possibly have sent its last ACARS ping from a ground location...developing. ---Indications exist that the pilot flew very low using terrain masking to evade commercial airline ATC radar sites. I stand by my earlier assessment that this missing plane, at 9 days plus now, could now be anywhere on this planet. At this point, hostile intent must be presumed unless proven otherwise.
