Malign Judiciary ? Who can do such act ? Judges and Practitioners facilitated by Judges? from Magistrate to SC Judges ? Onus is shifts to bad practitioners who failed in duty to protect their clients legitimate interest either due to their inability or ineligibility [ yet they practice ] thus victim had to sulk ? On the other hand Judiciary is on record booting that JUSTICE is for those who can wait and keep on begging for it endlessly ... and afford to beg for long long .... else ah Justice .. its not soo cheap.... HOWEVER Personally I have an opinion that its in the interest of Judiciary to keep it long and protect wrongdoers ... after all despite so high level of criminal activity very few actually reaches Judicial system and if all wrongdoers are sent to Jail ... who will commit crime .. and if no one commit crime who will give employment to this entire ecosystem called Justice delivery .... How will they command awe and respect ... How will they justify their salary ..... I hope I have wrong opinion but any contradiction to above will not go unchallenged.. I think time has come when cases against Advocates and Practitioners should become norm ...BUT wonder if Bar Council of India run by equally intelligent and learned mind will like the idea..??? However Consumer Protection Forum must rise to the occasion oops but then Consumer Protection Forum is born out of frustration caused by Justice System ... will they oblige consumer or their creator...
