Swan Hill 10 30 Weather Situation A high pressure system over far eastern Victoria will drift eastwards to reach the central Tasman Sea by Friday morning. A low pressure trough is expected to enter western Victoria on Friday afternoon before weakening on Saturday as a weak ridge of high pressure develops over the State. On Sunday a trough of low pressure will develop over western Victoria during the afternoon before moving eastwards during Sunday night. A cool to cold and gusty southerly airstream will develop over the State on Monday as a deep low pressure system crosses Tasmania.
