Mama Q: DRYING UP!!! HELP! I still nurse my 13.5 month old and Im 16.5 weeks pregnant. Ive noticed the pass week my milk is really low. Ive tried feeding him more, eating often, lots of water, oatmeal, lactation cookies, I used to take fenugreek but havent since I got pregnant because they made me feel sick getting off them didnt harm my supply at all and its been 4 months since I took them. But all of a sudden this week its down a lot! To the point I hardly have a let down. I dont want to dry up, hes no where near close to wanting to wean. How do I get it back?! RP~M
