Mamalit n ta ninyo ug gadget kay mutaas na pud ang consumer tax sa oct 2015.. 8% to 10%... Its seems Japans economy is still on fiscal turmoil... what i learned is that the basic principle of taxation is to ensure the circulation of money in the market and to assure that the general welfare will not be succumbed.. never the less it is not a tool to catch up for any international debt.. i just cant understand why amongst all possible way pushing the consumer tax to a greater heights will give the economy a chance to breathe beyond its economic problem.. it will never be possible i think.. inorder to reach for a greater GDP consummers participation is needed, increase in C, I and G.. but isnt it lifting the consumer tax would lead for consummers not to consume?? Equilibrium will never be achieve... but as a second thought, i think japan has no choice, Japan is also one of those countries who are suffering because of the flaws of CAPITALISM.. a country with no sufficient resources and depend much on the cycle of trade Japan will surely face more gigantic economic problem...
